Presnell & Henry Properties, under its parent company, Commonwealth Management Company, LLC began operation in December 2004.  The company began with one rental house in Marion, Virginia.  The company continues to offer residential rentals and has expanded into commercial properties and short-term rentals.  

- Serving Southwest Virginia, the company's residential rentals are located in Marion, Rural Retreat, Atkins, and Saltville.  

- Commercial properties are located in Saltville Virginia.  

- Short-term rentals are located in Troutdale, VA and Saltville, VA.  All are listed on Airbnb.

Our company only manages properties that we own, we do not provide property management services for other property owners.
